2 Men Beat & Zap Foreigner With Stun-gun Surrender to the Cops

Two brothers who beat up a Pattaya foreigner surrendered themselves to the police, they said that they did not start the fight and did not zap the victim with a stun gun. They also said they were sorry for damaging Pattaya’s reputation.

PATTAYA – June 11, 2012 [Pattaya Daily News]; From the video clip the police saw that a drunken foreign man was quarrelling with some Thai men and moments later the man was zapped stun gun. Pol.Lt.Col.Pany Mamen and Pattaya police team told the to press that they had arrested the two brothers seen in the video clip: Mr. Udon and Mr. Khamsang Molee aged 42 and 32 years old respectively. Both working as air conditioner mechanics.

They said that, the foreigner on video was heavily drunk, out of control and acting aggressively even destroying people’s property.

When he damaged Mr. Khamsang’s car, the mechanic tried to stop the drunk foreigner who did not stop but instead he hit Mr. Khamsang and the fight broke out and Mr. Udom, the brother got involved.

 

Mr.Khamsang said he felt sorry the bad publicity that this incident had created for Pattaya.

But he insisted that he did not start the fight and he did not use a stun gun.

He added that, he did not want the society to judge him.

Pol.Lt.Col. Panya said that regarding this case, the victim should come forward to give his testimony in order have this pending case concluded.



A Foreigner Beaten Up & Zapped With Stun Gun in Pattaya

A foreign man quarrelled with some Thai men, before they got into a full fight. Some passers by tried to stop them. Suddenly the Thai man pulled his stun gun and zapped the foreigner.
