18-Year-Old Teen Caught for Stealing Teachers Laptop In Sattahip

A 18-year-old teen in Najomtien, Sattahip was arrested for stealing a laptop computer at his school in Najomtien. The man purchasing a laptop from him and his employers who to bribe the police were also arrested.

Sutthahip, July 28, 2011 [Pattaya Daily News]; Pol.Col. Kiettipong Numla, Najomtien Superintendent and his team release the news of the of arrest Mr. Pornchai “Poa” Komkla, 18, in charged with stealing a Lenovo laptop computer, Mr. Sanguan Boontan, 34, was charged of purchasing stolen property, Ms. Rumpei Laochareon ,63, and Ms. Sirilak Boontan, 31, were charged trying bribe to police with 30,000 THB.

This arrest resulted from the information of Ms. Korakod Komkla, 24, the swimming teacher in Ratchapraditwittaya School in Najomtien, Sutthahi. Recently the suspect stole a laptop computer from the teacher’s resident. The police found the suspect by using the the surveillance. Tv. The suspect covered his face by a shirt but the police saw the the tattoo on his back leading to the arrest. The suspect was the boy who resided at the soi next to the school.

The suspect confessed that he had stolen many times. Mostly was food stolen. Recently he stole the Lenovo notebook to sell to Mr. Sanguan, another suspect, to get 2,200 THB and use the money to play internet games.

In addition, the Ms. Rumpei and Ms. Sirilak who were Korakod’s employers were also arrested as they tried to offer a bribe to the police.
